Lorraine is the author of
seven published books and has been featured in national magazines such as American Fitness and Meetings West. She is a monthly columnist for In Motion and a writer for the Inland Empire Magazine. She is no stranger to live radio interviews and is WIBG’s Fitness Correspondent for the east coast. Lorraine has shared her heart for health on live television shows as well.
Lorraine is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant through Personality Insights in Atlanta, GA as well as Life Coach. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Lorraine helps people reach their health and fitness goals, all in a customized approach and in a one-on-one setting in her private studio.
She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Regis University, Colorado Springs, CO in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Communications. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.
During Lorraine’s corporate career, she worked for the US Space Foundation, overseeing over 200 volunteers, ran a publishing house (growing it from 4 million to 11 million dollars in a year) and was the VP of marketing for a 50 million-circulation catalog company. Since starting her own business in 1996, she has worked with a variety of companies to improve their bottom line through coaching, consulting and training.
Lorraine is listed in the Who’s Who of Entrepreneurs as well as the Who’s Who of Female Executives. She is affiliated with Nationally Speaking, MPI as well as a member of ASTD, DISC certified, AFAA certified and Coaching Inc.
She is known for her performance on and off the stage. As “Change Agent,” she has the unique ability to engage her audiences (or clients) in a manner that empowers them to greater heights both professionally and personally. She is a dynamic speaker who is energetic and delivers incredible insights with actionable information for all.
