Okay, let me first start off by saying that I am not a certified Nutritionist. I have, however, studied and received certifications in Personal Training and Fitness. We are what we eat! Our Mother’s were right all along. A magic pill does not exist. Know this: the weight-loss industry is a multi-BILLION dollar business that makes its money off of promising impossible results to people. Don’t fall into the trap.
