The Stress Test: What is Your Stress Level? 

  

Find out, and what to do about it by taking this simple, 10-question assessment below.

 

Select one answer to each of the following questions and then press the submit button at the bottom. Test results are based on symptoms of stress indicated in each of the questions. Remember... the accuracy of your results will depend on the honesty of your answers.  

    

                  Question 1: How well do you sleep at night?

         Usually pretty good, unless I have something specific on my mind.

           Sleep? What's that? I toss and turn all night.

         Very well. No problems here, I'm a sound sleeper.

         It depends. Some nights are better than others.

    

  

          Question 2:When you wake up in the morning, how do you feel?

 

Vroom! Vroom! I'm ready to rock and roll!

A headache and body pains. Maybe it's my pillow and mattress...

Zzzzz. Huh? Wha..? I tend to feel  groggy and sleepy.

Not great, but I get going pretty quickly.

     

Question 3: On average, how often do you get a headache?

 

Ouch... my head hurts! Often.

Sometimes one, towards the end of the week.

Two or three per week, but usually in difficult situations

Rarely. My head feels great!

    

  

Question 4: How would you describe your daily energy level?

 

About average. I get done what I need to get done. 

Hold me back! I'm raring to go! High.

I need coffee, and lots of it. Low

I can usually keep up, but I wish it was higher. Moderate.

  

 

Question 5: On average, how often do you get sick each year?

 

Never! I'm fit as a fiddle!

Too often. I seem to get sick easily.

Like the change of the seasons. Four or five times.

Not very often. Once or twice.

  

 

Question 6: Do you ever suffer from constipation?

 

Rarely. Only when I eat the wrong foods.

Nope! And that's all I have to say about that.

Yeah... too often. I can get stopped up like my Aunt Marge. 

Occasionally. But a laxative usually clears it up.

 

 

Question 7: How many times a week do you exercise?

 

Usually a couple times a week, unless I get side-tracked.

Five times or more per week. I'm in great shape!

Sometimes... when I can fit it into my schedule.

Does lifting the TV remote count? Never.

 

 

Question 8: How would you describe your general attitude?

 

Don't sweat the small stuff... and its all small stuff. Very positive.

I wouldn't sweat the small stuff... but it seems to all be big stuff. 

Not bad, although I seem to get frustrated fairly easily. Neutral.

Good, although sometimes I fall off the wagon. 

 

 

Question 9: When faced with life's challenges, how do you respond?

 

Another problem? Arggg! I tend towards emotional outbursts.

I find out who's fault it is and get them to fix it.

It's all small stuff remember? I laugh it off.

I roll up my sleeves and take care of the problem!

 

 

Question 10: How would you describe your motivational level?

 

I'm gonna hit the motivational speaking circuit! Very high.

Pretty good. I make the best of my life. High.

It all depends on my mood. Moderate.

I need help getting motivated. Can you help? Low.
