Find Your Fit!

God has made each of us each unique! There is no one quite like you.  Because of this diversity, assessments and tests have been created through the ages to help us understand one another and ourselves better.  Basically, we are each a combination of several traits.  Each combination is different and determines how we make assessments, how we blend with other people, what cadence we take and how we respond to details.

  

Personality or behavior assessments are never intended to be a negative label to be used for judging others or placing them in a box.  They do, however, provide incredible insight into how we are wired and how we approach life.  Please also keep in mind that our backgrounds, upbringings, cultures, experiences and faith influence who we become and how we behave.

  

The following assessment is designed to give you an idea of your basic personality style. It will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. Keep in mind that this is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers, only valuable insights!

    

Instructions for Finding Your FIT!

  

For each question below, select one answer that you feel best describes how you are, not how you would like to be or how you would like others to see you as being. 

  

For some of you, this will be a very easy and quick task and you will probably only need minutes to complete the assessment.  Others, however, may have actually labor over the questions for quite some time. Nevertheless:

  • Go with your gut instinct and resist the temptation to overanalyze your answers.  Accept that it is good enough for today. You can always re-take the assessment another time.  

  • There are no right or wrong answers. Remember, we are all different personalities, and no one FIT is better than the other, just different!
